Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role involves delivering excellent customer service by handling assigned duties related to receiving merchandise and managing its movement to the sales floor. Tasks include unloading trailers, transferring pallets, and processing merchandise while ensuring a clean and safe workplace. The Associate will collaborate within a team to plan and execute responsibilities according to workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor prior to store opening
• Set up, merchandise, and sign store features
• Perform live unloading of different kinds of merchandise
• Place emphasis on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas, distinguishing this role from day or evening fulfillment roles
• Move pallets of merchandise between the backroom and the sales floor during overnight hours
• Assist with sales floor stocking as assigned and provide customer support when needed
• Label sales floor sections in preparation for the store opening
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies, conducting safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures

Compensation

The starting hourly rate for this role is $17.75 CAD.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
