Job Summary
The Overnight Maintenance Associate is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the Walmart Supercenter at Destin, FL. This role involves maintaining all areas of the store—including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving areas—to create a welcoming and safe shopping environment for customers.
Compensation
- Hourly wage range of $15 to $28 per hour, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding applicable local minimum wage standards.
- Additional pay may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Possible premium payments ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific job tasks; multiple premiums can apply concurrently if criteria are met.
