Role Overview

This is a fixed-term part-time position lasting 8 months, working 20 hours per week, created to cover parental leave. The Training Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the administration and coordination of technical, safety, and business training activities throughout New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Training Manager in organizing and facilitating various training programs
  • Oversee certification program administration
  • Manage and update training records diligently
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions including scheduling, venue reservations, catering, and other support services

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in training coordination and general administrative tasks
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word
  • Experience or familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a distinct advantage
  • Proven ability to organize training events, including liaising with venues, external providers, and internal teams
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems or Human Resource Information Systems
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Must hold a current and valid permanent work visa for New Zealand
