Parts Interpreter

About the Role

Tutt Bryant Equipment, Australia's leading national distributor of construction and earthmoving machinery, is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join their Queensland team based in Archerfield, Brisbane. This role involves supporting sales, service, maintenance, and parts for a range of machinery including Excavators, Skid Steer Loaders, Compaction equipment, Cranes, Crushing Equipment, Generators, and related earthmoving equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive part interpreting services with a focus on automotive and earthmoving equipment components.
• Ensure exceptional customer service both internally and externally, building strong, lasting client relationships.
• Support in-house and field repair and maintenance through accurate parts identification and supply.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience interpreting parts, particularly in automotive sectors.
• Excellent customer service capabilities with superb attention to detail.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with digital systems.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work efficiently within a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn new systems and recommend process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the earthmoving industry.
• Possession of a forklift license.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) considered an advantage but not mandatory.
