Job description

Role overview

The Payment Associate is responsible for receiving customer payments for repairs, parts, and other services through cash, cheque, or bank transfer. This role also handles petty cash disbursements for the branch.

Core responsibilities

  • Track and manage cash received from customers, along with cash reimbursements.
  • Process daily receipts across cash, POS, online payments, and cheques, ensuring entries are recorded promptly.
  • Respond to customer payment queries and complete receipt processing accurately.

Qualifications

  • A graduate or diploma holder is preferred.
  • The minimum education requirement is a diploma.

Skills and experience

  • Ability to handle financial transactions quickly and with a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience using point-of-sale systems and processing debit or credit payments.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Preferred experience: 1 to 2 years.
  • Minimum experience: none required.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. People management and process improvement responsibilities are not applicable for this role.
