Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Payroll Processor to join our team at our Stryker, Ohio location. This role requires working onsite and is ideal for local candidates with detailed-oriented skills and payroll processing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing for over 75 companies using the Cyberpay Payroll Program.
- Execute employee and employer updates as necessary.
- Set up payroll for new companies within the system.
- Monitor payroll tax rate changes and ensure the system is updated accordingly.
- Perform reconciliations involving taxes, deductions, and benefits.
- Prepare and submit Workers’ Compensation reports and payments for multiple companies, including annual True-Up Reports and DFSP requirements.
- Handle OSHA and EEOC reporting as required.
- Perform filing and general office administrative duties.
- Utilize or become familiar with Ohio Business Gateway and Ohio E-Tax systems preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience processing payroll, specifically within Ohio or other states.
- Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation payments and reporting processes.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs quickly.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging approximately from $48,000 to $54,000, dependent on experience.
