About the Role
We are seeking a Payroll Trainer to design and deliver effective payroll training programs. This role involves analyzing training needs, creating educational materials, and supporting HR initiatives. You will be a key point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Design and independently conduct needs-based payroll training sessions.
- Analyze the training requirements of current employees.
- Independently create training materials, including scripts and learning videos.
- Collaborate closely with the HR department to support personnel development measures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for employees on payroll-related questions.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of payroll accounting and social security law.
- Previous experience in adult education is beneficial.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A collaborative spirit and enjoyment of teamwork.
- A high level of service orientation.
- Must possess a valid work permit for Germany.
- Fluent in German.
