Responsibilities

  • Carry out structured testing of product features, performance, compatibility, and user experience using defined test cases.
  • Record defects with precision across hardware, operating system software such as Windows, drivers, and preloaded applications, and support efforts to reproduce issues.
  • Assist in preparing PC test setups, including operating system installation, driver setup, peripheral connections, and configuration of testing tools.
  • Create selected test cases and share feedback on usability and design from the viewpoint of the end user.
  • Stay in active communication with the team, respond promptly, and complete assigned testing work on time.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of testing experience; experience in mobile devices, smart hardware, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with Windows, including basic troubleshooting and system reinstallation.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware parts such as CPU, memory, and hard drive, along with basic hardware identification skills.
  • Basic familiarity with a programming language such as Python or PowerShell, including the ability to write simple scripts.

Perks and Benefits

  • Access an Employee Assistance Program covering psychological, legal, and financial counselling.
  • Be part of a company that supports sustainability initiatives such as CO2 Offset, Asset Recovery Services, and Lenovo Certified Refurbished offerings.
