Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pega Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience working with Pega and Java technologies, with a strong emphasis on card dispute and fraud management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Pega and Java-based applications.
- Implement and manage dispute workflows to streamline card dispute processes.
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements into robust technical solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven hands-on experience in Java programming and Pega development platforms.
- In-depth understanding of card dispute handling and fraud management in financial systems.
- Familiarity with AMEX OneApp, OneData, and ACE Framework is highly desirable.
