Role Overview
Join the Threat Intelligence team as a Penetration Tester, where you will be instrumental in identifying security gaps by simulating potential cyber-attacks and evaluating system defenses. Your work will be critical in ensuring robust protection against evolving security threats through comprehensive testing and cross-department collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough penetration testing and security auditing across systems.
- Emulate hacking and cyber-attack techniques to uncover system vulnerabilities.
- Produce detailed reports outlining findings along with actionable improvement suggestions.
- Work closely with various internal teams to enforce superior security protocols and practices.
- Assess emerging cyber threats and recommend proactive defensive measures.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or a related discipline.
- Have at least two years of professional experience in penetration testing or ethical hacking.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in using advanced penetration testing tools and methodologies.
- Capable of performing tasks both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting.
- Keen attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of current threat environments and security challenges.
