About the Team
The Regional People Team collaborates closely with the Group President, regional leadership, and local management across Asia and LATAM to develop and oversee company-wide people strategies and transformational programs. Within this structure, the Learning & Development (L&D) segment plays a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, enhancing high-performing leadership, and managing key leadership summits.
Job Overview
- Develop and refine a comprehensive leadership development strategy incorporating advanced leadership concepts and innovative methods including AI applications.
- Create and implement impactful leadership development initiatives tailored to various leadership levels across Asia and LATAM.
- Perform leadership capability assessments and convert organizational requirements into focused developmental actions.
- Manage leadership programs end-to-end, ensuring excellence in delivery while constantly optimizing curriculum design, participant engagement, and program outcomes.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a master's degree is a plus but not obligatory.
- Have at least three years of professional experience within any Human Resource function.
- Prior background in areas such as Learning & Development, Training, Leadership, or Talent Development is essential.
- Exhibit flexibility and ease adapting to fast-changing and dynamic work environments.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of curiosity and a willingness to experiment with emerging tools and technologies like AI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to approach ambiguous challenges methodically and develop clear actionable plans.
- Experienced in facilitating sessions and engaging with senior leadership, preferably within large, complex organizations.
- Self-driven with high accountability, capable of independently managing programs to successful completion.
