People Services Coordinator (Payroll and Mobility)

Overview

This position provides specialized expertise to the organization focusing on operational execution, case consultancy, and assessment within payroll and mobility functions. The role involves being a Subject Matter Expert supporting process excellence and serving as a pivotal contact for issue escalation and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in payroll and mobility-related processes.
• Function as the primary contact for addressing process inefficiencies, ensuring adherence to standards, and sharing knowledge in the area of expertise.
• Advise the People Function on optimal practices and internal standards, including acting as a trainer to increase awareness and understanding.
• Participate in or lead HR projects and initiatives aimed at continuous process improvements.
• Plan and manage payroll and mobility support activities, collaborating closely with the People Services Team Leader.
• Support development, refinement, and implementation of HR policies relevant to payroll and mobility.
• Engage actively in People Services workshops and discussions to enhance HR service quality.
• Maintain recognition as an expert both within the Human Resources function and among external parties, including third parties and other operating companies.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Line Manager aligned with functional responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong theoretical foundation and practical experience in payroll and mobility HR areas.
• High adaptability and learning capability to navigate a dynamic work environment.
• Commitment and engagement to successfully deliver assigned responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills combined with customer-focused orientation and proficiency in stakeholder management.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
