About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to develop, oversee, and enhance advertising campaigns primarily on Meta and Google platforms. The aim is to drive superior B2C lead generation and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Focus on acquiring high-quality leads and boosting sales through targeted efforts.
- Monitor campaign efficiency by tracking Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and minimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Scale marketing initiatives effectively while continuously analyzing campaign data.
- Implement data-driven approaches to elevate conversion rates and campaign outcomes.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Applicants should hold at least a graduate degree and possess a solid understanding of digital marketing dynamics, especially in paid media.
Compensation
The position offers an annual salary ranging from 500000 to 1500000 INR.
