Role Overview
This is a fast-paced, high-trust support role for a Personal Assistant who will work closely with a Founder and CEO in San Francisco’s Financial District. The position is fully in-office and blends executive-level personal support, logistics coordination, and project management. The right person will be energized by variety, urgency, and the chance to keep both personal and business priorities running smoothly.
Core Responsibilities
- Run a constantly changing calendar and stay ahead of scheduling needs.
- Arrange complex travel across commercial and private options, including detailed itineraries.
- Handle email and communication flow, including drafting or replying in the CEO’s style when needed.
- Oversee multiple residences, vendors, repairs, and related projects from start to finish.
- Plan and execute private events, celebrations, and special gatherings with creativity and precision.
- Track bills, expenses, forecasts, and general logistics so nothing is delayed.
- Support special personal initiatives, premium travel experiences, and other one-off projects.
