Personal Loan Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Personal Loan Executive primarily responsible for engaging potential customers by explaining personal loan products and offers, converting leads into confirmed sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role is full-time and based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers to introduce personal loan options and promotions.
• Follow up on leads to convert them into completed sales transactions.
• Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with customers.
• Assess customers' loan needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Keep accurate records of customer information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless loan processing.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and provide necessary support.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education qualification: PUC, Diploma, or Graduation.
• Proficiency in Telugu is compulsory.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada; knowledge of Hindi is advantageous.
• Experience ranging from 3 to 6 months in telecalling, sales, banking, finance, or similar fields preferred.
• Basic computer skills along with familiarity handling CRM software.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives.

Additional Details

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Employment type: Full-time position.
• Monthly salary range: INR 17,000 to 30,000.
