Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial training, preferably in human resources, sales, or service sectors, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in personnel services, sales, or client management is advantageous.
• Knowledge of labor law, employee leasing, or contract management is desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM, personnel scheduling, or applicant management systems.
• Strong communication skills and proven experience in engaging with corporate clients as a personnel coordinator.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand existing client relationships while actively acquiring new business within the B2B market.
• Coordinate and schedule staff deployment for client projects.
• Align personnel requirements, working hours, and qualification needs with clients.
• Prepare offers, contracts, and deployment documents.
• Manage and update client, candidate, and order information within company systems.
