About Stem Health
Stem Health is reinventing primary healthcare by fostering deeper, more thoughtful relationships with patients. As a physician-led, membership-based clinic, we blend clinical excellence with hospitality in our flagship location at First Canadian Place, launching in September 2026. Our approach centers on building trust through meaningful, data-driven, personalized care.
Position Overview
We seek a dedicated physiotherapist committed to comprehensive and deliberate care that integrates an individual's overall health context. This role involves delivering personalized physiotherapy to members at our premier facility, collaborating closely with physicians, chiropractors, and allied health professionals to provide seamless and coordinated care that values quality over speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Stem Health brand through warm, professional, and attentive treatment sessions focused on the patient as a whole person.
- Ensure thorough, unhurried clinical assessments, customized treatment, and patient education that prioritizes trust and time.
- Provide expert physiotherapy treatments emphasizing manual therapy, functional movement analysis, exercise programs, and patient education.
- Conduct detailed musculoskeletal assessments and design evidence-based plans aimed at sustainable recovery, injury prevention, and optimal function.
- Communicate complex clinical information clearly to empower members in their rehabilitation and long-term wellness journey.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to integrate findings and treatments in the electronic health record, ensuring coordinated care delivery.
- Engage in case consultations and offer specialist insights on musculoskeletal conditions across the care network.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation of treatments, patient progress, and prescribed exercises punctually.
Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
- At least three years of clinical physiotherapy experience, ideally within private care, performance therapy, or integrative health settings.
- Strong proficiency in manual therapy, musculoskeletal diagnosis, exercise prescription, and functional movement evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills that facilitate rapport-building, effective patient education, and clear interdisciplinary exchanges.
- Comfortable utilizing electronic health records to document and share clinical information.
- Experience with executive health, concierge care, or hospitality-oriented medical services is highly desirable.
- Deep alignment with Stem Health's patient-centered, proactive, relationship-driven care philosophy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant values treating patients holistically, demonstrating clinical confidence and empathy. They exhibit meticulous documentation practices, seamless communication with colleagues, and understand that a strong patient-provider relationship is fundamental to the care process.
Why Join Stem Health
- Be part of an inaugural cohort in a physician-led, membership-based clinic opening at a premier location in September 2026.
- Experience a balanced work schedule emphasizing quality, depth, and intentional patient care over volume.
- Collaborate within an integrated interdisciplinary team supported by a comprehensive health record system.
- Work in a beautifully crafted clinic designed to reflect and enhance the standard of care provided.
- Contribute to shaping the future of preventative, integrated healthcare in Canada.
