About Us

LiveBig is a dedicated allied health provider specializing in supporting individuals with disabilities through comprehensive therapy and assessments. We offer services in-home, within the community, and via telehealth, operating across four states and nationally.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team, serving areas north of the river in Perth. This position offers flexibility with either full-time or part-time hours, requiring a minimum of three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and create clinical reports for clients with disabilities, adhering to best practices and sound clinical judgment.
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records, documenting all interactions and visits promptly.
  • Deliver services with a strong awareness and sensitivity to the diverse cultural, linguistic, and individual needs of clients.
  • Coordinate appointments and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide support in compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines, such as the NDIS Practice Standards.

What You Bring

  • NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (minimum core registration).
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • A current Working With Children Check (WWCC), Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check, or a willingness to obtain these.
