About LiveBig and Role Overview
LiveBig is a dedicated allied health service provider, committed to empowering individuals with disabilities through assessments and therapy delivered in-home, in community settings, and via telehealth across multiple states including Victoria. We are seeking a passionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Melbourne western region team, with flexible full-time or part-time options (minimum three days weekly).
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively in a supportive, growth-oriented team environment that values your input.
- Conduct thorough assessments and deliver evidence-based treatment and therapy planning, supported by solid clinical reasoning, for clients with disabilities.
- Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring they are updated after every interaction or visit.
- Deliver services with respect to the cultural, linguistic, and personal needs of clients.
- Organize appointments and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to uphold efficient and effective practices.
- Adhere to relevant legislation and guidelines including NDIS Practice Standards in service delivery.

Candidate Requirements
- Current registration with NDIS as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (minimum core registration).
- Preferably at least six months’ experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to own vehicle.
- Working With Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain these.
- Experience within NDIS and community sectors is advantageous.
