President Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced President to lead our manufacturing operations in Orange County, California. This is a full-time, onsite position calling for a proven leader who has successfully driven manufacturing businesses through phases of growth and financial challenges.

Key Responsibilities and Experience

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive responsibility over full Profit & Loss management, driving revenue growth while enhancing EBITDA and carefully managing cash flow and working capital. They will have a strong background in pricing strategies, margin optimization, sales and operations leadership, as well as team building. Experience must include leading businesses through both periods of expansion and difficult economic cycles.

Preferred Industry Background

Experience in sectors such as metal fabrication, machining, contract manufacturing, aerospace, defense, infrastructure, or industrial manufacturing is highly desirable to succeed in this role.
