Key Responsibilities

• Create rate cards leveraging internal pricing systems.
• Conduct price-to-win analysis, develop business cases, and simulate pricing scenarios.
• Collaborate with RFP and pursuit teams offering in-depth commercial evaluations.
• Design financial models aimed at competitive deal pricing strategies.
• Support the Pricing PMO through reporting tasks and coordination of demand and resources.

Candidate Profile

• 6 to 9 years of experience primarily in IT pricing or pre-sales, with exposure to RFP processes and deal management.
• Familiarity with various delivery models such as onsite-offshore arrangements, pyramidal team structures, and role definitions.
• Strong grasp of financial principles including costing, inflation impact, foreign exchange fluctuations, and margin analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of macros.
• Analytical mindset coupled with effective communication skills to engage stakeholders confidently.
