Printing Machine Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking a Printing Machine Operator proficient in laser engraving and marking to join our team. The role involves working with CorelDRAW or equivalent software for basic file modifications and operating laser engraving machines to create detailed prints on various materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Use CorelDRAW or similar design software for simple file edits and adjustments.
• Operate laser engraving and marking equipment to inscribe names, logos, and designs on bamboo, wood, metal, and other materials.
• Set parameters such as position, size, speed, and power appropriate to each product.
• Ensure accurate alignment, spelling, and high-quality engraving before finalizing bulk orders.
• Manage custom corporate gifting and branding projects effectively.
• Maintain the laser machines in good working condition and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Inspect finished items for precision and engraving quality.
• Complete production tasks within allotted deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with design, production, and packing departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience in operating laser engraving or marking machines is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with CorelDRAW software desired.
• Ability to interpret measurements and accurately position products for engraving.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
• Candidates with backgrounds in printing, signage, CNC machining, sublimation, or branding are also encouraged to apply.
