Role overview

His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service is hiring prison officers for HMP Full Sutton. This is a demanding, varied position where you’ll help protect the public while supporting people in custody to make positive changes in their lives.

The salary for this role is £33,746 to £38,003.

As a prison officer, you’ll face a fast-moving environment where every day can look different. The work may involve being a peacekeeper, a guide, or a mentor depending on the situation. Your focus will be on working directly with prisoners in a secure setting and contributing to safety, order, and rehabilitation.
