Role Overview

This role involves deep financial evaluation of acquisition targets in industries such as manufacturing, aerospace & defence, business services, transportation, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models, including valuation and leveraged buyout (LBO) analyses, to assess potential acquisitions across varied industrial businesses.
• Execute thorough due diligence covering commercial, operational, and financial aspects by analyzing company metrics, market conditions, competitors, and sector trends to guide investment decisions.
• Draft detailed investment committee documents, incorporating investment memos, financial reviews, and presentations highlighting critical risks, potential benefits, and valuation insights.
• Oversee portfolio company performance by monitoring financial outcomes, reviewing key operational indicators, collaborating closely with management, and pinpointing strategies to enhance value and drive growth.
• Facilitate transaction processes by liaising with key stakeholders such as investment bankers, management teams, lenders, legal advisors, and external consultants during acquisition, funding, and deal closure stages.
