What the role involves

Reporting to the Investment Director and working closely with Partners and the wider team, the role focuses on assessing new investments, building financial models, supporting transactions, and helping portfolio companies improve performance.

• Review prospective investments using detailed financial, strategic, and commercial analysis.
• Build and update valuation and financial models to inform investment decisions.
• Support deal execution across acquisitions, refinancing activity, and exit processes.
• Coordinate due diligence workstreams across financial, commercial, operational, and legal areas with external advisers.
• Work with portfolio company leadership to track performance and help drive strategic initiatives.
• Research markets, sectors, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with management teams, advisers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare investment committee papers, presentations, and decision materials.
