Job Overview
This position is for a Process Expert specializing in policy servicing within the UK insurance market, specifically Lloyds Insurance. The role is based in Gurugram and requires handling various insurance processes to support the policy life cycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive understanding of the UK insurance domain, specifically Lloyds Insurance.
- Manage policy servicing tasks including endorsements and providing underwriting support.
- Analyze insurance business processes and accurately enter data into relevant systems and databases.
- Assist the team by processing various operations throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Ensure all procedures comply strictly with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Candidate Requirements
- Experience ranging from 2 to 6 years in the UK insurance market.
- Familiarity with insurance slips and endorsements is essential.
- Must be able to join immediately without notice period delay.
Additional Information
The compensation can be up to 6 LPA. Interviews are conducted on a walk-in basis at the Gurugram location.
