Process Improvement Analyst

About the Role

We are collaborating with a top-tier asset manager to recruit an AI and Data Process Analyst for their Data Transformation team. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of process reinvention, questioning current methods, and crafting scalable, data-driven, and automation-ready future processes, operating models, and organizational frameworks. The position requires close work with senior executives and Data & AI groups to foster a culture of ongoing enhancement and promote data-informed decision making throughout the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the Data & AI Process Reinvention capabilities across the organisation.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and execute high-impact transformation and process improvement projects.
• Design and deploy scalable, insight-focused, and AI-supported future-state processes and operating models, ensuring value-driven initiatives that utilize the latest in data, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
• Champion innovation and operational excellence by constantly advancing tools, methodologies, and work practices.
• Advocate best practices and aid in the skill development and upskilling of team members throughout the company.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated track record in executing large-scale transformation programs and AI-infused process improvement projects.
• Expertise in process mapping, mining, service design, and operational excellence techniques.
• Strong understanding of leveraging data, analytics, automation, and AI to drive business transformation.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing and working with senior leadership.
• Previous experience within the Asset Management, Investment Management, or broader Financial Services sectors is mandatory.
