Key Responsibilities
- Examine product metrics and user behavior to uncover trends, growth possibilities, and areas needing enhancement.
- Define, track, and enhance core product indicators, including retention, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, revenue, and churn.
- Create and upkeep dashboards and reports that facilitate data-informed decisions for Product, Marketing, and Operations.
- Perform comprehensive analysis on customer journeys, feature usage, promotional efforts, and overall product performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to assess new product launches, updates, and A/B testing outcomes.
- Identify user experience obstacles and propose improvements grounded in data analysis.
- Work with data teams to guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and availability of analytical data.
- Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations tailored for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Assist in customer segmentation, personalization projects, and market research aimed at enhancing user engagement and business success.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or related analytical role involving digital products.
- Proficient in SQL and experienced handling large datasets.
- Skilled in business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or their equivalents.
- Thorough understanding of product analytics, customer behavior analysis, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing techniques.
- Familiarity with event-driven analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is beneficial.
- Knowledge of digital product monetization strategies, customer lifecycle management, or online platform analytics is advantageous.
- Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving aptitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present insights to varied audiences, technical and non-technical alike.
- Experience with Python or statistical analysis software is a plus.
- Self-driven, flexible, and experienced in collaborative remote environments.
