Role Overview

Mnzil is a prop-tech company focused on improving property operations through technology. The team is expanding and is looking for a detail-oriented, curious professional who enjoys solving problems and helping shape products that create a better experience for users.

In this position, you will contribute to product development and delivery by working with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to build and improve features that add measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution across several product initiatives.
• Collect user input and business needs, then turn them into actionable insights.
• Prepare well-structured product specifications and supporting documentation.
• Partner with engineering and design teams during every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Monitor product results and spot areas where the experience or performance can be improved.
• Help organize testing efforts and support the rollout of new features.
• Research the market and review competitor offerings.
• Contribute to prioritization decisions based on business value and user demand.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in product management, business analysis, operations, or a similar function.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Good communication skills along with strong organization and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with multiple teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a product mindset centered on users.
• Exposure to product management tools is considered an advantage.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
