About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager based in Singapore to lead our digital and data platform projects. This role requires more than 8 years of expertise in product management, particularly with digital, analytics, or data platform products. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the entire product lifecycle, from roadmap planning to delivery and ongoing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap, delivery backlog, and oversee the full lifecycle of digital or data platform products.
- Drive product discovery processes to uncover business needs, craft use cases, and define clear success criteria.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to prioritize features and maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery.
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories comprehensively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align product features with strategic business goals and technical platforms.
- Contribute to discussions on data modelling and platform architecture to ensure translation of business requirements into technical designs.
- Maintain detailed product documentation and encourage knowledge sharing amongst internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 8 years managing products, with a focus on data, analytics, or digital platform solutions.
- Demonstrated experience leading product discovery, defining roadmaps, use cases, and key success metrics.
- Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on experience in Agile teams, including backlog and sprint management.
- Familiarity with data platforms, data modelling, and analytics concepts is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
