Role Overview

The Product Manager will spearhead strategic planning impacting the company's entire product suite, leveraging market research and insights to drive scalable growth. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, marketing, operations, and business teams to optimize product delivery and internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop both short- and long-term product strategies with broad organizational impact.
  • Analyze formative research and identify market opportunities to guide business scaling.
  • Collaborate with engineering to select optimal technical solutions and realistic timelines.
  • Gather and interpret customer needs to formulate detailed product requirements, vision, and strategy.
  • Coordinate with fellow product managers and designers, conducting peer reviews to ensure quality output.
  • Work alongside marketing, operations, and business leads to understand processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least three years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical expertise.
  • Proven capacity to manage stakeholders and complex projects with effective decision-making balancing immediate and future objectives.
  • Strong dedication to delivering superior user experiences and addressing significant challenges.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Open to novel, exploratory, or undefined initiatives.
  • Excellent communication abilities, skilled in persuasive dialogue and presentations.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
