Job description
Overview
This opportunity is for a Product Manager focused on hospitality technology in Germany, offered through a partner company that handles the hiring process and all follow-up steps. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building new products from scratch, navigating ambiguity, and working at the intersection of AI and hospitality. You will help shape autonomous systems for an industry that is changing quickly, with a strong emphasis on discovery, testing, and customer validation rather than executing a fixed roadmap.
The position gives substantial ownership, direct access to senior leadership, and the chance to influence products that address practical challenges faced by hospitality businesses. The ideal profile is entrepreneurial, curious, and energized by turning emerging technologies into useful customer experiences.
What you'll do
- Own the full product discovery cycle: identify customer pain points, test assumptions, and assess product-market fit through rapid experiments.
- Speak with customers, study the market, and analyze user behavior to uncover opportunities in hospitality operations, guest experiences, and revenue improvement.
- Build and evaluate MVPs, prototypes, and product concepts, then use data and feedback to decide what to prioritize next.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to turn insights into scalable product features and new solutions.
- Investigate what large language models and AI-based systems can and cannot do, and look for ways to apply them in trustworthy autonomous experiences.
- Set success measures, review product results, and keep iterating based on how users behave in real settings and what outcomes the business achieves.
- Bring teams together around product vision, strategy, and delivery while keeping speed, learning, and measurable impact at the center.
- Help create next-generation hospitality technology that improves efficiency and strengthens customer engagement.
What you need
- At least 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS settings.
- A strong background in 0-to-1 product work, including discovery, experimentation, and validation.
- Solid knowledge of customer research methods such as interviews, hypothesis testing, MVP creation, and iterative learning.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI technologies, large language models, agentic systems, and emerging autonomous product capabilities.
- Proven ability to think strategically while also executing in fast-changing and uncertain environments.
- Strong analytical ability, with experience using both qualitative and quantitative inputs to make product decisions.
- An entrepreneurial approach with clear ownership, resilience, adaptability, and a strong bias for action.
- The ability to set priorities, manage competing opportunities, and deliver results even when structure is limited.
- Experience in travel tech, hospitality tech, hotel operations, booking systems, distribution platforms, channel management, or similar areas is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align different teams around shared product goals.
Benefits
- A competitive compensation package with equity participation potential.
- The chance to help define a new product category where AI meets hospitality technology.
- High autonomy to experiment, innovate, and influence product direction from the earliest stages.
- Direct collaboration with founders, technical leaders, and other key decision-makers.
- Exposure to advanced AI tools and the opportunity to shape how they are applied in a large global industry.
- A fast-moving entrepreneurial environment that rewards ownership, creativity, and quick learning.
- Meaningful career growth through high-impact work and product leadership responsibilities.
- A flexible, collaborative culture centered on innovation, execution, and measurable outcomes.
