We offer quality farm supplies, seedlings, credit access, agronomic training, and various agricultural services. Role Overview

This role entails end-to-end ownership of the Product team's operational processes, emphasizing enhancing efficiency through AI integration, managing product tools, refining procedures, and optimizing data use. The role ensures the Product team’s workflows amplify value consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer the Product Department's software suite including Dragonboat, Figma, Matomo, and Notion: handle configurations, user access, licensing, and vendor relations.
  • Champion AI adoption to enhance confidence in new feature value and automate operations.
  • Develop and standardize roadmaps, workflows, and automations to maintain consistent visibility across Field, HQ, and Corporate Technology teams.
  • Provide first-tier support for Product Managers encountering technical challenges with internal tools.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to calibrate product metrics ensuring strategic alignment, automation, and accuracy.
  • Audit analytics tools to verify correct event tracking implementation and report data quality concerns to Engineering.
  • Oversee comprehensive reporting to highlight crucial insights on product impact and team processes, tracking progress against objectives.
  • Support KPI collection and dissemination in collaboration with the Director of Product and Product Managers, aiding team performance monitoring.
  • Lead technical onboarding for new Product team members, ensuring effective training on templates, tools, and operational methodology.
  • Maintain and update the department’s internal documentation repository to promote adherence to standards and ease of access.

Qualifications

  • Soft Skills: A service-oriented mindset focused on enabling others, strong organizational capabilities with a penchant for documentation and order, and the ability to influence senior Product Managers without direct authority.
  • Hard Skills: Expertise in configuring product lifecycle management tools (e.g., Dragonboat) and documentation platforms (Notion or Confluence); advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) for social return on investment modeling; familiarity with web analytics tools such as Matomo or Google Analytics.
  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile and Scrum to effectively support product management workflows.
