Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is for a Product Owner focused on client experience, hired through a partner company that will handle the application review and all next steps. The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and centers on improving the post-payment journey of a global digital product used by millions worldwide.
You will help paying customers get to value faster by connecting them with relevant matches and making the early product experience smoother, more engaging, and more rewarding. The work combines product strategy, user behavior, experimentation, and data-led optimization, with a strong focus on activation and customer success. You will partner with analytics, design, and engineering teams in a fast-moving international setting, with the aim of reducing friction, improving discovery and matching flows, and increasing retention across multiple markets.
What you will own
- Take responsibility for the post-payment customer journey and keep improving the main product experiences so users reach meaningful engagement quickly and consistently.
- Boost activation by helping paying customers discover strong matches and maintain early conversations during the first week after use begins.
- Spot barriers in discovery, recommendation, and matching journeys, then shape solutions that raise relevance and user satisfaction.
- Improve the quality and personalization of offers, invitations, and recommendations using customer behavior and preference signals.
- Build and refine segmentation approaches so the experience better fits different customer groups and expectations.
- Work closely with analytics, engineering, and design to validate ideas, measure outcomes, and iterate based on results.
- Create engagement and reactivation features, including personalization, gamification, and communication tools, to strengthen retention and perceived value.
Required profile
- Deep background in B2C product management, preferably in products with complex discovery, matching, or recommendation mechanics.
- A demonstrated history of improving activation, onboarding, or time-to-value in consumer digital products.
- Good understanding of customer journey design, especially in post-payment or subscription-based models.
- Hands-on experience with data-driven product work, including experimentation, A/B testing, and behavioral analysis.
- Ability to shape segmentation, personalization, and recommendation logic.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to uncover the real user problem rather than only reacting to visible feature requests.
- Experience operating in high-choice environments where users compare several offers, options, or paths.
- Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Benefits
- 100% remote working arrangement.
- 28 calendar days of paid annual leave.
- 7 wellness days each year for rest and personal needs, separate from sick leave.
- Annual learning and development support covering 50% of eligible costs for courses, conferences, and professional events.
- Discounts on English language learning for employees.
- Health support allowance of up to $1,000 gross per year for medical insurance or healthcare costs for employees and close family members.
- Workplace support budget of up to $1,000 gross every 3 years for home office equipment or co-working space expenses.
- Internal gamified recognition program with rewards that can be exchanged for merchandise, experiences, and team activities.
- Referral bonuses of up to $5,000 for successful candidate recommendations.
