While prior agency experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The essential quality is a strong grasp of what resonates with social media audiences. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Production Department on ongoing projects to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Assist with contract preparation and manage production financial tasks including expense reconciliation and budgeting.
• Coordinate scheduling and resource booking for projects.
• Handle pre- and post-production processes for continuous content efforts.
• Attend filming locations in person as necessary.
• Maintain thorough oversight to secure all approvals at correct project stages and ensure comprehensive sign-offs.
• Engage in hands-on tasks such as creating shot lists, scouting locations, sourcing props, verifying asset quality, and decorating sets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in production roles related to marketing or content, preferably in agency or in-house settings.
• Understanding of typical agency workflows and timelines, embracing the challenges of such an environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with an ability to address issues promptly.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple (at least three) projects simultaneously.
• Positive, confident disposition with a can-do attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• A creative approach and awareness of current social media content trends.
• Experience using agency management tools such as Workbook is a plus.
