About the Role
We are seeking a Restoration Production Manager to lead assigned restoration projects and teams effectively. This position requires managing all facets of projects including crew oversight, scheduling, budgeting, and client interactions to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create precise project scope and estimates using proprietary software and hardware.
- Negotiate project approval with customers and clients.
- Coordinate and supervise crews, subcontractors, and resources across active projects.
- Ensure accurate documentation supports services delivered and proper billing.
- Maintain communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives.
- Oversee production expenditures including equipment, vehicles, and materials.
- Manage customer experience to drive satisfaction and online review quality.
- Provide prompt response to potential client inquiries.
- Engage in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration staff.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least one year of supervisory or management experience.
- Minimum of three years of relevant industry experience.
- IICRC certification is desirable.
- Physical capability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and operate in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
- Capability to handle repetitive lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying tasks.
- Comfortable working with or around cleaning agents.
- Must pass a background check according to applicable laws.
Compensation & Benefits
The role offers a competitive salary ranging between $50,000 and $60,000 annually plus commission.
Additional Information
This position is part of a franchise operation. Employees are hired and supervised directly by the independently owned and operated franchise entity. The franchisor provides sample legal forms for franchises to review but does not employ the franchise staff.
