Position Overview
Join Citi in Dublin to contribute as a Program Group Manager overseeing strategic programs within Custody and Fund Services. This key role connects business, operations, and technology to enhance product offerings and fulfill complex client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program management initiatives for critical strategic projects, collaborating closely with Product, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Work alongside technology and business stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and escalate project tasks efficiently.
- Deliver regular status updates to senior leadership within the organization.
- Develop and implement a consistent, effective operating model across all Citi regions.
- Translate high-level strategic objectives into detailed business requirements and user stories.
- Promote the uptake of new technologies and strategic solutions internally, ensuring stakeholder alignment with product vision.
- Represent the business in articulating the platform’s strategic benefits and vision to clients, prospects, and consultants.
- Support product messaging through responses to RFPs and client presentations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive expertise in Custody and Fund Services, with particular knowledge of Global Custody services and regulatory frameworks in the UK and Ireland.
- Broad understanding of securities services including Front, Middle, and Back Office functions.
- Proven track record delivering complex data and reporting projects in both technical and business settings.
- Experience with modern technology platforms, architectures, and infrastructures.
- Exceptional abilities to build and sustain relationships across organizational levels.
- Strong client interaction, presentation proficiency, and communication capabilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within virtual teams to meet strategic goals, combined with adept coaching and organizational skills.
