This remote role involves occasional travel to key meetings (approximately quarterly) and is expected to last 12 or more months. The role operates at the nexus between business strategy and technology execution while collaborating with executive stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across functions, working with business units and Digital Technology stakeholders—such as Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, and Agility Enablement—to align goals, manage priorities, and maintain integrated delivery plans.
- Create and govern a comprehensive master schedule, translating organizational restructuring priorities into coordinated technology delivery streams while resolving complex cross-portfolio dependencies.
- Develop and enhance governance routines and operating cadences to ensure consistent execution and transparent reporting across various projects and product teams.
- Monitor and manage risks, proactively identifying technical dependencies and escalating critical blockers or decision requirements to executive leadership effectively and promptly.
- Facilitate organizational change by aligning teams to new processes, communicating technical transitions clearly, and ensuring operational and regulatory compliance across data, systems, and organizational structures.
- Define and track performance metrics to measure program effectiveness, using data insights for informed recommendations on project direction and ongoing improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 11 to 15+ years of advancing experience in managing large-scale and complex enterprise program management and technological transformations.
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate foundational systems and asset management processes, particularly within complex SAP environments covering Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.
- Proficiency as a master scheduler or extensive technical knowledge in building and monitoring multifaceted enterprise program schedules.
- Strong practical skills in agile methodologies, with experience in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, and familiarity with modern AI productivity tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively bridge technical teams and business leadership at the executive level.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent senior-level applied experience.
