Collaborating with state governments, private schools, CSR groups, NGOs, and other stakeholders, we aim to offer engaging, accessible, and tech-enabled educational experiences across India.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Program Manager based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, to spearhead private school partnerships, strategic corporate alliances, CSR collaborations, fundraising, and the execution of educational programs. This position involves significant travel within Uttar Pradesh and other regions for meetings, conferences, and various business development activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive growth by establishing partnerships with private schools, educational institutions, coaching centers, and universities.
- Manage relationships with corporations, CSR foundations, NGOs, investors, and philanthropic entities.
- Explore opportunities for CSR funding, grants, sponsorships, investments, and strategic alliances.
- Expand business prospects through networking, referrals, and participation in conferences and exhibitions.
- Represent Scholar Planet at educational forums, workshops, and investor events.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs and business initiatives, including setting and tracking KPIs.
- Coordinate across product, technology, content, operations, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure project delivery.
- Oversee agreements, MoUs, project milestones, and deliverables for partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with school leaders, corporate partners, government officials, and investors; approve work plans; and support internal teams to meet objectives.
- Review and verify travel plans and expenses aligned with project needs.
- Manage timely procurement and distribution of promotional materials and event resources; track inventory meticulously.
- Monitor budgets, identify discrepancies, and liaise with Finance for vendor payments and GST compliance.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, business and CSR proposals, partnership contracts, investor decks, and strategic reports.
- Provide regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering business development, partnerships, program implementation, and financials.
- Document all partnership activities, success stories, testimonials, photographs, and impact analyses.
- Propose recommendations to improve program outcomes and business growth.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by leadership to promote organizational development.
Key Performance Indicators
- Meeting monthly and quarterly business development and revenue goals.
- Number of new educational institutions and strategic partners onboarded.
- Securing CSR partnerships, corporate collaborations, grants, and sponsorships.
- Identifying investment prospects and supporting fundraising initiatives.
- Timely completion of partnership agreements and delivery of project milestones.
- 100% punctual procurement and dissemination of promotional and event materials.
- Maintaining high quality stakeholder relationships and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Education, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- An MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in program management, business development, partnerships, CSR, sales, EdTech, education, or NGO sectors.
- Prior experience working with private educational institutions, corporate entities, and fundraising initiatives is favorable.
