Overview

Meta seeks a Program Manager to join the Content Partnerships team to strengthen and grow partner collaborations by designing, organizing, and promoting partner opportunities. This role involves cultivating effective partnerships across multiple teams, aiming to accelerate product uptake through strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage impactful collaborations with major partners and supervise daily partnership operations.
  • Act as a strategic consultant for marketing, product, and communications teams addressing talent industry requirements.
  • Lead projects within uncertain environments by aligning team strengths to business priorities and securing necessary resources to optimize partner engagement.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming requests related to marketing, communications, and product initiatives efficiently.
  • Initiate and promote long-term partnership opportunities that add value to both talent partners and Meta’s business objectives.
  • Work alongside Meta’s Strategic Partner Managers to create VIP partner lists for paid program inclusion.
  • Develop executive relationships to comprehend intricate business demands and propose innovative or technical solutions.
  • Train internal teams on partner programs, optimal practices, and integration options.

Required Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in strategic program management, partnerships, operations, or management consulting.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to communicate critical technical and business considerations.
  • Proven track record managing multiple complex projects and daily operations simultaneously.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with senior leadership.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and adept at solving ambiguous problems.
  • Experience improving processes and delivering outcomes in dynamic environments with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience incorporating AI tools to enhance or redesign workflows resulting in measurable efficiency and quality improvements.
  • Knowledge of ethical AI practices including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality assurance.
  • Active development of AI skills such as prompt engineering and familiarity with emerging AI technologies.
  • Background in working with legal teams to finalize agreements.
  • Experience in startup, technology, or talent organizations.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role.

Compensation and Benefits
