The Program Manager for Operations Enablement will lead the execution of our Operations onboarding initiatives across teams. This role involves engaging new recruits, existing staff, and Operations leaders to deepen their knowledge of Thatch’s offerings, workflows, and tools. Partnering closely with cross-functional groups, you will ensure training content remains insightful, captivating, and applicable.

Responsibilities
- Establish and own the Operations enablement function from the ground up, creating meaningful impact.
- Conduct engaging onboarding sessions for new employees to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Forge strong partnerships with stakeholders to pinpoint distinct enablement requirements and skills deficiencies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce compelling training resources such as presentations, role-playing activities, and interactive exercises that boost efficiency and business results.
- Customize training content to suit different roles, regions, and sales processes with empathy towards operational staff.
- Evaluate the success of training programs through participant feedback and performance data, refining materials and delivery accordingly.
- Offer continual mentoring and assistance to team members to reinforce knowledge and encourage ongoing growth.
- Act as the enthusiastic representative of an optimistic and energetic team, frequently serving as the initial point of contact for onboarding.
- Promote a culture of continual learning within Thatch by nurturing strong relations with regional stakeholders.
Required Background
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in operations, enablement, or related disciplines, with emphasis on onboarding and skill development.
- Strong passion for teaching, grounded understanding of adult learning theory, and skill in delivering practical, captivating programs while embodying a positive, collaborative spirit.
- Proven capability in designing and presenting engaging training sessions in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
- Detail-oriented approach with enthusiasm for thoroughly comprehending the products, tools, and processes to establish effective programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation aptitude, able to collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership and experts, simplifying complex ideas clearly.
- Strong organizational talent and meticulousness, capable of handling several training projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and flexible mindset, effectively managing ambiguous situations and shifting priorities.
Preferred Experience
- Background in scaling enablement functions within early-stage companies.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and digital education tools.
- Experience in facilitation, coaching, and mentoring.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $130,000 and $150,000 USD annually.
