Overview
Join Google as a Program Manager leading initiatives in reverse supply chain within Global Supply Operations. This role involves managing complex projects from inception to completion, collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders globally to ensure smooth supply chain operations and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage order processing and ensure timely material deliveries aligned with Cloud forecast requirements across Google's network.
- Maintain balance between supply and demand, proactively reprioritizing orders to address competing priorities and influencing inventory control to reduce risks in material fulfillment and prevent critical delays.
- Collaborate with international logistics, data center operations, and vendor partners to streamline daily operations, guaranteeing timely shipments and final deliveries without disrupting network capacities.
- Conduct operational reviews of open order books with key stakeholders, execute plans to achieve main operational objectives, and utilize planning and ERP software such as O9 and SAP to support decision-making and root cause evaluations.
- Drive and implement project-based process improvements supporting the organization's overarching strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years experience in program or project management involving multiple disciplines.
- Proficiency in supply chain management and demand planning practices.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software and SQL querying.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing fulfillment operations.
- Capability to handle numerous projects with varying priorities independently, ensuring thorough follow-through and attention to detail with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and program management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude, capable of building models and delivering presentations effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication competencies.
Additional Information
This position is based onsite in Dublin, Ireland. Compensation ranges from €92,000 to €94,500 per annum with a 15% bonus target, plus equity and other benefits.
