Job description
About Jetson
Jetson aims to accelerate the shift of 100 million North American homes from fossil fuels to sustainable electric energy, envisioning a completely electric and improved future. Recognizing that home emissions contribute substantially to carbon output but that adoption of technologies like heat pumps is slow due to cost and complexity, Jetson has developed a fully vertically integrated home electrification platform making clean energy accessible, transparent, and affordable. Technology, automation, and data are central to scaling this mission with a culture that encourages excellence, curiosity about innovative tools (including AI), and continuous improvement.
Role Overview
We seek an experienced Program Manager to provide structure, rigor, and operational discipline to Jetson's Supply Chain and Warehousing programs. This pivotal role translates strategic objectives into actionable daily execution within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. It requires collaboration across teams and direct engagement with senior leadership by overseeing cross-functional initiatives such as New Product Introduction (NPI), Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA), OKR alignment, service and warranty operations, and other complex strategic projects that span multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives from conception through completion, managing scope, stakeholder alignment, meetings, schedules, and accountability without direct authority.
- Manage all Supply Chain aspects of NPI, collaborating closely with product management to coordinate procurement, warehousing, logistics, and field teams from engineering handoff to product launch.
- Develop and oversee Jetson's RCCA program, tracking issues, driving their resolution, and communicating systemic risks and trends to leadership.
- Coordinate OKRs for the Supply Chain and Warehousing division, facilitating quarterly goal setting, monitoring progress, and connecting objectives to organizational priorities.
- Conduct regular cadence meetings across procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and field teams to ensure alignment.
- Create comprehensive executive dashboards aggregating status updates from various project owners.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience in supply chain, operations, or hardware/product-related environments.
- Strong capability to influence and drive accountability across functions without formal authority.
- Proven experience in managing NPI processes involving physical goods and vendor/contractor relationships within program settings.
- Familiarity with RCCA or continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma certification is advantageous but not required).
- Ability to operate confidently amidst ambiguity and incomplete information.
- Proficiency with contemporary management tools including AI for program efficiency.
- PMP certification or equivalent is desirable but secondary to practical accomplishments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $105,000 to $130,000.
- Jetson fully covers Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance premiums.
- Health insurance premiums are 85% covered by Jetson.
- Education support programs.
- Parental leave top-up benefits.
- Equity ownership opportunities.
- 401k retirement savings program.
Work Location and Other Information
This position is based onsite in Centennial, Colorado. Jetson welcomes applications from candidates who may not meet every single qualification but possess the core skills and a willingness to learn and grow into the role. The company is an equal opportunity employer, committed to non-discriminatory hiring practices and accommodating applicants who require support during the recruitment process in both the U.S. and Canada.
