Role Overview
The Program Manager will serve as the core operational lead for Cyberlite's K–12 educational initiatives. This position oversees daily project activities and ensures seamless execution across multiple teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with project goals.
- Participate in strategic discussions providing operational perspectives to confirm feasibility.
- Convert strategic plans into clear, actionable steps, track progress, maintain team alignment, and proactively identify risks.
- Coordinate with local partners, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project deadlines.
- Manage well-organized documentation systems including contracts and compliance files.
- Maintain centralized trackers aligned with project milestones and deliverables.
- Manage full partner lifecycle including selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract governance alongside Partnerships & Field Manager.
- Collaborate with creative team for timely delivery of educational materials, ensuring field requirements are addressed.
- Support training team in recruitment and coordination of master trainers and their workshops.
- Oversee adaptation and localization of materials for various countries, including translation and cultural reviews.
- Draft and process MOAs and subcontract agreements with NGOs and consultants, assisted by Project Manager.
- Monitor deliverables and payment schedules, ensuring timely vendor compliance.
- Organize required documentation such as progress updates and financial reports from partners.
- Assist procurement processes for creative services and project resources.
- Coordinate feedback tools and surveys for workshops and student programs, compiling data for reporting.
- Facilitate scheduling of stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and evaluations.
- Produce quarterly and annual project status reports for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ experience in operations, project coordination, or administration within education, EdTech, international development, or mission-driven contexts.
- Demonstrated experience managing external vendors, subcontractors, and partners.
- Proficiency with communication and organizational tools like Slack and Notion or similar platforms, with an emphasis on maintaining updated systems.
- Familiarity with online environments, including platforms and emerging AI impacts on youth.
- Residency in Asia with willingness to travel at least four times annually within Asia-Pacific regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in online safety, digital wellbeing, child protection, media literacy in relevant sectors.
- Knowledge of safeguarding or child protection frameworks used in Asia-Pacific.
- Experience developing educational programs targeting children.
- Background in education, EdTech, or teacher training.
- Understanding of NGO or education landscapes in India, Philippines, and/or Indonesia.
- Additional language skills in Asia-Pacific languages.
Work Relationships and Other Details
- Reports directly to the Project Manager and collaborates closely with M&E Analyst, creative, training, and partnership teams.
- Full-time position; remote work with mandatory Asia residency.
