Vivant is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee daily operations and drive the successful delivery of client projects within the telecom sector. This role involves project planning, execution, monitoring, managing administrative duties, and efficiently coordinating resources, schedules, and communications.

Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong, long-term client relationships serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage customer experience proactively by providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and accounting teams to collect client data and verify contract statuses with previous carriers.
- Document client and project information duly within the business management platform, Utiliko.
- Serve as liaison between internal teams, vendors, carriers, and clients to maintain smooth project progression.
- Coordinate technical teams and field technicians to adhere to project schedules.
- Participate in sales meetings to transfer knowledge and facilitate part ordering for installations.
- Ensure accurate service installations and number porting and keep clients informed about installation timelines.
- Make day-to-day project-related decisions independently, escalating critical concerns as needed.
- Manage post-installation processes, including disconnecting prior accounts, coordinating new orders, setting up client billing, and handling support tickets and client communications.
- Facilitate new client onboarding and conduct training sessions to maximize product value.
- Monitor account health, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work with the sales team to capitalize on these.
- Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams to advocate product enhancements.
- Implement retention strategies to mitigate churn and ensure contract renewals.
- Thoroughly document workflows, develop training materials, and innovate processes to improve client and internal operations.
- Analyze product usage metrics and client satisfaction indicators to deliver insights and promote best practices.
Requirements

- Reliable communication infrastructure including phone and internet connectivity.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability with creative thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent work ethic and ability to perform under pressure.
- Decision-making aptitude with minimal supervision.
- English proficiency at C1 level mandatory.
- Work experience minimums: 3 years in customer service, 2 years in project coordination/management, 1 year in telecom/ISP/MSP/IT/networking environment, and at least 3 years customer-facing with U.S. clients.
- Experience managing vendor, carrier, subcontractor, and internal technical teams coordination.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, project management software, and ticketing platforms.

- This role excludes candidates seeking purely internal, non-customer-facing, or help desk/ticket-based support positions.
- Applicants must have hands-on experience in Telecom, MSP, IT Services, Networking, or Low Voltage project environments and are expected to independently own and drive projects.
