Role Overview
As Project Head, you will strategically lead and oversee the successful execution of luxury residential projects from land acquisition and design all the way through construction, handover, and project close-out phases. The position demands a sharp focus on maintaining high-quality standards while controlling costs and adhering to schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct multiple luxury residential projects within Dubai, including masterplan villa developments.
- Manage projects end-to-end, encompassing feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Collaborate and coordinate with consultants, contractors, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders.
- Control budgets, schedules, quality metrics, and risks effectively.
- Deliver executive progress reports to senior management and Board members.
- Enhance project delivery workflows and governance continuously.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 25 years’ extensive experience in construction and real estate development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; Master’s degree is advantageous.
- At least 15 years of project delivery experience within the UAE market.
- Proven history of managing large-scale luxury residential and villa masterplan projects.
- Experience working closely with Developers, Project Management Consultants (PMC), and Main Contractors.
- Strong client-side project management skills with the ability to steer multidisciplinary teams and senior staff.
- Comprehensive understanding of project budgets, cash flow, cost control, procurement, contracts (FIDIC), claims, and risk mitigation.
- Deep knowledge of local UAE regulatory bodies including Dubai Municipality, DLD, DEWA, Civil Defense, RTA, and Master Developers.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive stakeholder management capabilities.
- Commitment to quality assurance, safety standards, and effective governance.
