Job description
Role Overview
This position involves leading projects that create a meaningful impact on the local community. The Capital Delivery Team manages a wide-ranging portfolio involving community amenities, parks, sports and recreation facilities, building projects, water services, and both horizontal and vertical infrastructure, alongside strategic capital investments.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing projects, overseeing consultants and contractors, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are maintained, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and managing projects from inception through to successful completion.
Initially, the role will focus on supporting the Museum Programme and delivering projects related to community facilities and sport and recreation. Project assignments may evolve according to changing organizational priorities.

Selection Process
