Role Overview
Join a remote-first technology company that helps marketers plan and optimize campaigns with AI-driven precision. In this role, you will be part of the IT & Operations team and will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve business processes, systems, and how teams work together as the company continues to grow.
You will coordinate projects across departments such as Sales, Client Success, Finance, Product, Legal, Procurement, and InfoSec. The position calls for someone who can create order out of complexity, keep stakeholders on the same page, and drive work to completion with clear ownership and measurable outcomes. Interest in AI, automation, and modern productivity tools will be especially useful here.
This role is open to candidates located anywhere in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run cross-functional IT and business projects from initial intake through final delivery.
- Work closely with teams across Sales, Client Success, Finance, Product, Legal, Procurement, InfoSec, and other groups to define goals, requirements, timelines, and success measures.
- Create and maintain project plans, manage workstreams and dependencies, track risks, and keep communication flowing with stakeholders.
- Contribute to RFPs, ROI assessments, vendor evaluations, and rollout planning for SaaS tools and internal business systems.
- Use AI assistants and automation tools to speed up research, documentation, workflow handling, and everyday project tasks.
- Share regular status updates with stakeholders and senior leaders, covering progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
- Track project results and support post-launch reviews against business objectives and expected return on investment.
Requirements
- Background in managing cross-functional projects in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Solid project management fundamentals, with the ability to apply best practices in a practical, results-oriented way.
- Experience handling several complex projects simultaneously, preferably in global or distributed teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS tools and business platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Workato, or comparable tools to improve efficiency.
- Ability to think strategically, operate tactically, and bring structure to unclear situations.
- Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar software.
- A degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management, or a related area is preferred.
- PMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar certifications are considered an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected base salary for this role in Ontario, Canada is CAD 80,000 to CAD 100,000. The final offer may differ based on location, experience, technical capability, skills, knowledge, education, licensure, certifications, and broader business needs.
This is base pay only. Depending on the role, additional compensation may include annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a full benefits package.
