About the Role

Mace is a global consultancy dedicated to unlocking potential in people and projects by pushing the limits of ambition. We seek a Project Manager who will lead project delivery efforts at our Melbourne office, embodying our core values and contributing to industry-leading outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project execution according to the established project plan, managing collaboration among teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve set key performance indicators.
• Track project progress, financials, and risk factors actively, initiating mitigation strategies and maintaining thorough documentation.
• Maintain stringent safety, quality, and compliance standards through systems aligned with the Mace Way.
• Oversee procurement processes, handle project modifications, and ensure all documentation supports efficient delivery.
• Coordinate design efforts, integrate programmes, and manage stakeholder communications to meet project goals.
• Advocate for digital innovation, sustainability, and ongoing process enhancements that align with Mace's net-zero objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree in Architecture or Engineering with experience managing small to medium-scale projects and engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, project management principles, and relevant industry standards.
• Developing skills in budgeting, commercial control, and procurement operations.
• Holds or is working towards technical certifications or professional accreditations such as MCIOB, MAPM, or MRICS.
