Job description
About the Role
TSI Auto Solutions develops software solutions supporting automotive dealerships across North America. As a Project Manager, your role is crucial in transforming signed contracts into functional, live products with satisfied clients. This position involves active collaboration with customers, engineering teams, and key decision makers rather than passively managing timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple SaaS implementation projects from start to finish, including running direct workshops with customers to clarify ambiguous requirements.
- Translate customer needs into detailed specifications that engineering teams can execute efficiently, minimizing back-and-forth.
- Maintain adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget, and anticipate issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate closely with Client Success Analysts, Engineering, Product Owners, and R&D Managers to ensure smooth project progress.
- Validate final project deliverables to ensure they meet agreed specifications before deployment.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and scope documents throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove dependencies and resolve blockers proactively.
- Provide clear communication of project status, risks, and changes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact point for customers during project implementation phases.
- Escalate risks and issues with actionable solutions to leadership early.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 3 years managing technology delivery projects in client-facing roles, particularly SaaS implementations or integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with financial systems or projects involving financial data as a key component.
- Proven ability to lead full project lifecycles, from kickoff through discovery, delivery, go-live, and stabilization.
- Strong aptitude in requirements facilitation, including conducting workshops and documenting decisions into clear project materials.
- Solid understanding of managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change control across multiple concurrent projects.
- High sense of ownership and self-direction, especially within fully remote work environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials.
- Experience with system-to-system integrations such as APIs, SFTP, ETL, and data transformations.
- Good knowledge of data quality considerations and impact on reporting, including cost center and general ledger mapping.
- Experience handling projects spanning multiple entities or countries.
- Additional language skills, notably French.
